These Terms govern your use of veloragorgeous.com and purchases made through the Velora online store.

In these Terms, “Velora,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Pharmafocuss Limited.

Please read these Terms before using the website or placing an order.

2. Application of these Terms

These Terms apply to purchases made directly through our online store.

Our Shipping Policy, Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy should be read alongside these Terms.

When you place an order, you confirm that you accept the version of these Terms made available to you at checkout.

If you do not agree to the website-use provisions, you should not continue using the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Eligibility and customer accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to keep your account credentials secure.

Contact us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Product information and skincare use

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, prices and images are accurate.

Product colours and packaging may appear slightly different because of screen settings, photography or reasonable packaging updates. Any packaging change will not materially alter the product without appropriate notice.

Always read the product label, ingredient list, directions and warnings before use. If information on the website appears inconsistent with the product label or packaging, contact us before using the product.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if a product is different from its description, faulty, unsafe or otherwise non-conforming.

Follow the directions and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Patch-test where advised. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns about whether a product is suitable for you, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

Velora products are cosmetic products. Website content is provided for general information and is not medical advice. Our cosmetics are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

5. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A binding contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that the relevant products have been accepted or dispatched.

Before accepting an order, we may decline or cancel it where:

  • A product is unavailable;
  • Payment cannot be authorised;
  • Delivery restrictions apply;
  • The information supplied is incomplete or incorrect;
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale;
  • A purchase limit has been exceeded; or
  • There is an obvious pricing or product-description error.

If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, we will issue a full refund without undue delay.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Prices include VAT and unavoidable mandatory charges where applicable. International delivery costs and any optional charges will be clearly displayed before you submit your order.

Payment must be made using a method available at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payment providers may carry out security, authentication and fraud-prevention checks.

If we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling the order.

7. Product availability and purchase limits

Products are subject to availability.

We may apply reasonable purchase limits per person, household, payment method or order where necessary to:

  • Protect limited stock;
  • Prevent unauthorised commercial resale;
  • Reduce fraud or misuse; or
  • Comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Applicable limits will be displayed where reasonably possible.

8. Delivery

Delivery arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy.

UK standard delivery is free. Charges for eligible international destinations are displayed at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Risk in the products passes in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable consumer law.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights concerning cancellations, hygiene-sealed products, returns, exchanges and refunds are explained in our Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or that policy restricts your statutory rights relating to faulty, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

10. Promotions, discounts and gifts

Promotions and discount codes are subject to any conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes:

  • Cannot be combined;
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively; and
  • Must be used before their stated expiry date.

We may correct or withdraw a promotion where there is an obvious error, fraud or misuse. This will not affect completed contracts or statutory rights.

All unavoidable mandatory charges will be included in the price information shown to customers. Hidden mandatory fees have been prohibited under UK consumer law since April 2025. UK Government guidance.

11. Acceptable website use

You must not use the website:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or abusive purposes;
  • To infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights;
  • To introduce malware or interfere with website security;
  • To attempt unauthorised access to an account, system or data;
  • To harvest or unlawfully collect personal information;
  • To systematically extract content without permission, except where permitted by law and incapable of contractual restriction;
  • To misrepresent your identity; or
  • In a manner that could damage, overload or disrupt the website.

12. Intellectual property

The website and its content—including the Velora name, logos, product images, packaging artwork, text, graphics, video, design and software—are owned by or licensed to Pharmafocuss Limited and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

No other licence or right to use our intellectual property is granted without written permission.

13. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, image, comment or other content, you confirm that:

  • It reflects your genuine experience and honest opinion;
  • It is accurate and lawful;
  • It does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • It is not fake, misleading or submitted on behalf of someone else; and
  • You will clearly disclose if you received a payment, discount, free product or another benefit connected with the review.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, format and display your content and the name or nickname submitted with it for operating and promoting Velora, subject to applicable privacy, intellectual-property and advertising laws.

We may moderate or remove content that is fake, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, misleading, infringes another person’s rights or breaches these Terms.

We will not remove or suppress a genuine review merely because it is negative. Incentivised reviews must be genuine and clearly identified as incentivised.

Suspicious reviews may be reported to customercare@pharmafocuss.com.

Businesses publishing reviews must take reasonable and proportionate steps to prevent and remove fake or misleading reviews. CMA fake-review guidance.

14. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, delivery companies and social-media platforms.

Third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for websites or services that we do not control.

This does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us for suppliers or service providers acting on our behalf.

15. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.

Our Cookie Policy and cookie-consent controls explain which technologies are used on the website.

Certain processing is necessary to administer customer accounts, accept payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, prevent fraud and provide customer service.

Using the website does not constitute consent to non-essential cookies or electronic marketing. Consent choices for non-essential cookies are managed through the website’s cookie controls.

16. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available, secure and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend, restrict or change parts of the website for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

Where reasonably possible, we will try to minimise disruption.

17. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Faulty or misdescribed goods; and
  • Your statutory consumer rights.

If we breach these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if both parties knew it might occur when the contract was formed.

Where you purchase as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or business interruption.

18. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, customs delays, network failure, public-health emergencies or government action.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will contact you where an event materially affects your order.

This section does not remove your statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery, including any applicable right to cancel the contract and receive a refund.

19. Account suspension and refusal of service

We may suspend an account or refuse service where we reasonably believe:

  • These Terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached;
  • Fraud, abuse or unauthorised resale has occurred;
  • Website or customer security is at risk; or
  • Action is necessary to comply with law.

We will act reasonably and proportionately. Suspension or termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose beforehand.

20. Transfer of rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, provided that doing so does not reduce your rights.

You may transfer your rights where we agree in writing or where the law otherwise permits.

21. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact customercare@pharmafocuss.com and include your name, order number and details of the issue.

We will try to investigate and resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved, we will provide information about an appropriate certified alternative dispute-resolution provider where legally required and state whether we agree or are required to participate.

This does not prevent you from exercising any right to bring legal proceedings.

22. Severability, waiver and third-party rights

If a court finds any provision of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no person other than you and Pharmafocuss Limited may enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

23. Governing law and courts

These Terms and contracts between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory protections available under the law of the country in which you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Consumers outside the UK may also have mandatory local rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, business practices or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing order or completed contract unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
